Each project has a maximum service hour limit per member, set during planning and approved by the BB club board. Adjustments may be made based on project progress, with board approval.
Service hours per member cannot exceed 8 hours per day.
Routine club meetings and activities do not count for service hours.
Service logs must be submitted within one week of service completion to a BB club board member and then emailed to bbclubvolunteer@gmail.com.
Only service hours from BB club projects, co-organized, or sponsored events are recognized.
Eligibility and service hours require BB club board approval.
