Co-President – Nicole Ma

Hi! I’m Nicole and I’m a senior at Dublin High School. I have led projects such as Art From the Heart, Cycle of Hope, and People of the Parks, and have participated in other projects such as RRR, Dublin Splatter, Sketch Class, the Lunar New Year Concert. In my free time I like to draw, dance, spend time with my friends, and travel.

Co-President – Daniel Huang

Hello everyone! My name is Daniel Huang. I am currently a senior at Dublin High School. I play soccer for both a club and the high school team and I am the lead singer of the rock band Kind Viper. I love playing video games as well as reading, and I love all engineering related activities. The projects that I have participated in Fertile Groundworks, Winter Clothing Drives, Breaking Bearriers Annual Meetings, Lunar New Year Concerts, Dublin Pride Events, Building Bicycles, Africa Library Project, and other miscellaneous events. I have led the Christmas Tree Project and Co-led the Tutoring Program.

Vice President – Remon Wang

Hi Breaking BEARriers! My name is Remon Wang and I am your VP this year. As a dedicated member of this club for nearly four years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow alongside our community and contribute meaningfully to its success. Participating and contributing to numerous projects like Conversation with Chief, Winter Boutique, Splatter, Dublin Pride Week, and Fertile Groundworks, I have gained important skills in event coordination, teamwork, and service. I look forward to working and volunteering with you all this year!

Secretary – Kathy Hu

Hi my name is Kathy Hu and I am currently a junior at Foothill High School. I enjoy drawing, dancing, spending time with my friends, eating yummy food, and traveling. I have participated in and led various BB projects including Dublin Splatter, Cycle of Hope, Art from the Heart, sketch classes, and the Lunar New Year celebration.

Treasurer – Amber Ding

Hi! My name is Amber Ding, and I’m currently a junior at Dougherty Valley High School. I’m part of the project “Art from the Heart”, where I’ve contributed by hosting engaging art workshops for children of all ages! I’ve also volunteered for other events like face painting for Dublin Splatter and Cycle of Hope, Dublin Pride Day, Reduce Reuse and Recycle, and Mural Painting. In my free time, I love dancing, creating art, and playing the piano. As the Treasurer for BB, I can’t wait to help the Breaking Bearriers Club in future events!

PR Officer – Owen Leow

I am curious and always up for a challenge. I love to explore how things work, especially when it comes to people’s ideas. Through managing clothing and food drives in the Breaking BEARriers club, I have had the chance to connect with people and build my communication skills. When I’m not working, you’ll find me playing video games or collecting random facts.

WebMaster – Jack Wu

My name is Jack Wu. I am currently a junior at Dublin High School. I’ve been part of the 2024 and 2025 Lunar New Year Concerts, in addition to leading the 2025 African Library Project. In my free time, I like to build robots, swim, or hang out with friends. As Webmaster, I create monthly updates and announcements based on news from our Discord server, in addition to maintaining the website.
